The Long Version
Holly Rose is a licensed North Carolina real estate broker, license #223703, active since 2005, and Broker-In-Charge and co-owner of Rose & Hall Real Estate in Burlington alongside her lifelong friend and business partner, Lisa Hall Wittig. She is also a licensed South Carolina broker and Broker-In-Charge of a separate firm serving the Little River and North Myrtle Beach coastal area.
An Alamance County native who grew up in the rural Elon area, Holly is a graduate of Western Alamance High School and attended Guilford College. She still resides in Elon today. She holds the CRS, GRI and ABR REALTOR® designations and is a North Carolina Notary Public.
Holly is an active member of the Burlington-Alamance County Association of REALTORS®, where she has served as President (2007), President-Elect (2006 and again for 2025), Secretary and Director over the years, and was named the Association’s 2023 REALTOR® of the Year. She also serves as a Director of the Association’s Realtors Commercial Alliance.
